Container is the debut album from The Wants, a three-piece post punk band from New York City. The 12 track album was engineered by Jeremy Cimino, was recorded in a re-purposed Hanjin shipping container, and is available through the London label Council Records.

The band, who are Jason Gates, Velding-VanDam, and Heather Elle, have created an album which is guitar led but filled with electronic beats, over which their vocals provide a stringent social commentary.
