Released through Wharf Cat Records, 'Stray Out' is the latest album from NYC's Bambara.
Working with producer Drew Vandenberg in Athens, Georgia, the band (Reid Bateh, Blaze Bateh, and William Brookshire) have created an album that oozes a certain darkness and moodiness, with post punk sonics mixed with lyrical gothic themes.
It is an expansive record which has many levels, showcasing a band revelling in working through their ideas to create an album which is truly enthralling and ambitious.
