ARTIST : A PLACE TO BURY STRANGERS
ALBUM : TRANSFIXATION
LABEL : DEAD OCEANS
Available through Dead Oceans, 'Transfixation' is the fourth album from Brooklyn's A Place To Bury Strangers, the follow up to 2012's 'Worship'. The new record is an uncompromising listen that is certainly not for those with sensitive ears, as the band (Oliver Ackermann, Dion Lunadon, and Robi Gonzalez) tear through 11 tracks of distorted guitars, grumbling basslines and eerie vocals.
The band will be touring the UK in April, whilst you can stream the album over on the Quietus, if you like.
