The longlist for this years Glastonbury Emerging Talent Competition has been announced and Music Liberation is pleased to reveal the three acts that we put forward - Noiiises, Otherkin, and The Pearl Harts. You can check out the full list of 120 acts over here, whilst below we've got some info on the excellent bands we chose this time around.
Noiiises
Noiiises are clearly on the zeitgeist point, following in the footsteps of contempories Years & Years and Peace, taking inspiration from 80's icons Depeche Mode and New Order, creating music which expertly fuses electronica and rock to great effect. // Noiiises
Otherkin
Otherkin are a 4 piece grunge pop band from Dublin, full of soaring melodies, intricate guitars, and most importantly they have a clear intent and togetherness which gives clarity to both their ideas and music. // Otherkin
The Pearl Harts
Channelling their inner Sabbath/Zeppelin spirit, Kirsty and Sara aka The Pearl Harts reel off their blues filled guitar riffs and drum fills with aplomb. They are noisey and brash, and coming straight at ya! // The Pearl Harts
